Boa constrictors hatched in the Netherlands

This is a video of a boa constrictor, eight months old.

From NOS TV in the Netherlands:

At a children’s farm in Drachten nine boa constrictors have been born. The farm workers did not know that one of their snakes was pregnant. The nine reptiles may grow up to three or four meter long. They will be sold in a few months’ time.

Here is a video of a young boa constrictor in a nature reserve in Mexico.

A new dwarf boa (Serpentes, Booidea, `Tropidophiidae‘) from the Early Oligocene of Belgium: a case of the isolation of Western European snake faunas: here.
