Thanks, United States embassy in Algeria, on torture info

Bush torture policy, cartoon

I never thought that I would ever owe a ‘Thank you’ to any organ of the George W Bush administration in the United States.

However, today I found that the US embassy in Algeria links to my blog post on Bush’s mate, Tony Blair, deporting an Algerian torture survivor to torture.

Thanks, Your Excellency, Mr Ambassador … or at least your search engine software!

UPDATE: however, on a second look to that site, it also links to items like “free xxx live sex cam”, as long as they include the word Algeria …

Update January 2007: the embassy’s link is no longer there.
