I shared my cell with a man with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, he was deformed and easy prey for others within the system. Minister calls for executions ban
France: Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said today that that a push for a universal ban on the death penalty will be a top priority for the country’s diplomats around the world.
Mr Fabius said that he will tell France’s ambassadors to “wage a campaign in favour of” such a ban.
