This video is about a great grey shrike.
A report on great grey shrikes in the Netherlands has been published.
In the winter 2011-2012, 251 great grey shrikes were counted. More than in 2009/10 and 2019/11, but less than in 2007-2008.
As usually, most birds were seen in Gelderland, Noord-Brabant and Drenthe provinces; least shrikes in Zuid-Holland, Groningen and Zeeland.
