This is a cartoon video about George W. Bush and Tony Blair.
From British daily The Morning Star:
W. (12A)
(Thursday 06 November 2008)
Directed by Oliver Stone
JEFF SAWTELL recognises that Oliver Stone makes the crucial mistake of painting war criminal George W Bush as a bumbling fool in his damning film.
IN journalism, it’s called the five Ws. They are the five salient questions to provide the facts – who, what, where, when and why?
Who? George W Bush. What? War criminal. Where? Worldwide. When? 2001-2008. Why? World power. As for how? Coercion and corruption.
The question is, does Oliver Stone’s biopic of W actually ask all the questions, never mind provide any of the answers?
Well, when you consider the controversies that he contrived with JFK and Nixon, Stone certainly comes up short with his caricature of W.
He portrays a pathetic wannabe, a waster marked more by his wanton womanising, even wicked ways, than as a war criminal.
Nor does Stone mention Dubya’s role in ruining the capitalist economy.
Washington secretly authorized military raids on 20 countries since 2004: here.

Bush Told He’s no King, & Cheney Calls Rumsfeld the “finest” Defense
Secretary in History – Bush History, 11/8
President Bush is told that he is not a King; he can’t create his own
detainee court system just on his own say so. Also Cheney calls the
disastrous, incompetent Rumsfeld the “finest Secretary of Defense this
nation has ever had” prompting one observer to ask if “Cheney thinks
we’re all walking around with a sign that says ‘Stupid’ on it”
